KAY BADENHOOP

Kay Badenhoop spent his schooldays in Cologne and graduated from the state secondary school “Apostelgymnasium”. After the basic military service with the mountains division in Upper Bavaria, he studied jurisprudence in Munich and Lausanne. Mr Badenkoop was working in an executive position in industry for many years, among others for more than ten years as the chief legal officer and head of the legal department of a large food maker in Nuremberg. Since 1994, he has been mainly working as a corporate consultant. Mr Badenkoop assists companies in any legal matters, in particular in contract design, competition and trademark law. As a consequence of his professional career he is familiar with food law and a member of the German Federation for Food Law and Food Science.
